That would be the wonderful utility "Konfabulator" you're thinking about.

It's safe to delete them if you don't think you'll use it again. I recommend
downloading it, but hey, that's just me! ;)

I have widgets in my application folder and they do not work with
Panther. I believe the widgets are dependent on an umbrella application
which I cannot find.

Any help will be appreciated.
